Layered with rich fudge filling and topped with crunchy pretzels, these gluten-free Fudge Crumb Bars are so sublime, you’ll be surprised how easy they are to make! Follow these simple steps and you’ll have a delicious, allergy-friendly dessert ready in no time! Plus, it’s perfect for sharing with friends and family!

Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Combine the Millet & Chia breadcrumbs, vegan buttery spread, and cane sugar in a small bowl and press firmly into the baking dish in an even layer and bake for 8 minutes.

In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed milk, chocolate chips and vanilla. Heat until melted and smooth, stirring constantly.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and top with pretzels. Bake until the chocolate mixture bubbles around the edges, approximately 15-20 minutes.

Cool completely, and if possible, chill in the fridge overnight.

drizzle with caramel and Wowbutter before cutting into bars.
