Or to enjoy it yourself in all its nostalgic, puffy, sweet-tooth-satisfying glory. While the marshmallow fluff slots this sandwich solidly into sometimes food territory, this gluten-free, allergy-friendly version makes this gooey, sticky classic accessible to everyone, from kids to the young-at-heart.

Instructions:
  1. Prepare plant-based marshmallow fluff using the Dandies Marshmallow recipe here!
  2. Spread one slice of Little Northern Bakehouse White Wide Loaf bread with your favourite creamy nut-free butter, and top with sliced bananas.
  3. Spread the other slice with prepared plant-based marshmallow fluff.
  4. Top nut-butter and banana covered slice with marshmallow fluff covered slice.
  5. Enjoy!
