Everyone will love this elevated take on grilled PB&J. Crisp cinnamon apple slices and creamy cashew butter blend delightfully in grilled slices of our Gluten Free Cinnamon & Raisin Bread. Healthy and hearty as a lunch or snack, yet decadent enough in taste to be dessert.
Preheat and lightly butter your sandwich press.
Spread cashew butter on one slice of bread and add apple slices. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and top with the second slice.
Spread the outside with coconut oil and grill until browned and warmed through.
