Who says sandwiches are just for lunch? This Grilled Gluten-free S’mores Sandwich recipe proves otherwise! Our delicious, gluten-free Millet & Chia bread is the perfect packet for this blissfully delicious riff on s’mores. Get out the napkins and get ready to dive into the gooey new world of the dessert sandwich. Campfire optional*.

*Seriously. There’s more than one way to indulge in this swoon-worthy treat! Our instructions call for a sandwich maker or panini press so you can make grilled gluten-free s’mores sandwiches all year long. Don’t have one? Make yours in a pan, grilled cheese style—on the stovetop, over a camp stove, or over the glowing coals of a campfire.

  1. Preheat your sandwich maker and lightly butter it with coconut oil or buttery spread.
  2. Spread both bread slices with chocolate spread and add marshmallows and crushed graham crackers and sandwich all together.
  3. Spread the outside with coconut oil and grill until browned and warmed through.
  4. Share and enjoy!
