Extra hot dog buns? No problem! If you are among the many who have pondered the mysteriously mismatched number of hot dog buns versus number of hot dogs in a pack, fume no longer. It takes just a few minutes to transform those spare buns into a scrumptious gluten-free dessert that welcomes everyone to share in some sweet summery fun. With nut-free Wowbutter, banana, vegan marshmallows, and dairy-free chocolate sauce, this dreamy, plant-based, gluten-free S’mores Dog is sure to become your new fave campfire treat. Camping not required.

  1. No campfire? Preheat your oven to broil instead.
  2. Place marshmallows on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment and broil until toasted. Set aside. (Actually camping? Grab your roasting stick and take up the eternal challenge of toasting marshmallows to a perfect golden brown over an open flame!)
  3. Spread the inside of each gluten-free bun with Wowbutter on one side and dairy-free cream cheese on the other.
  4. Place bananas in the buns and top with toasted marshmallows, chocolate sauce, and gluten-free graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Share and enjoy!
