In a medium saucepan, mix strawberries and sugar and allow the mixture to sit for 20 minutes.
On medium heat, bring the mix to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until thickened, approximately 20 minutes.
Once it has reached the desired consistency, add the balsamic vinegar and salt and cook until it’s well combined.
Transfer your jam into a jar and keep in the fridge for up to three weeks.
