Our plant-based version of the traditional egg-and-butter based emulsion is the epitome of smooth, savoury richness over grilled tofu, avocado, sautéed kale, and our Delicious Gluten Free Millet & Chia buns. Treat yourself to a fancy, filling breakfast, brunch, or breakfast for dinner.

To make the hollandaise sauce, saute shallot in oil in a small saucepan over medium heat until soft, approximately 3 minutes. Add almond milk to the pan and bring to a boil.

Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to the boiling milk and stir quickly.

Lower the heat and add vinegar, nutritional yeast, turmeric and salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

To assemble, toast buns to desired doneness and top with kale, tofu and avocado. Serve generously with your delicious plant-based hollandaise sauce and a side of baked sweet potatoes.
